Born out of Lulu Siciliano's passion for her craft, Evenflo Colours is a custom palette that leaves all guesswork aside, letting you focus on what's important - results. When Lulu was creating this lip set, she wanted a pigment line that was highly concentrated, but had less titanium dioxide which would provide a more sheer/translucent look. This gives your clients a fresh more youthful look with the technique she uses. These pigments deliver natural-looking results instantly.

Suggested use: Can be used straight or added to lighter colorants to increase intensity and achieve a warmer color. Suitable for Watercolor lips and
Lip blush techniques.
