Azunia Black Label Special Edition is a two-year añejo from Azunia Tequila, made at Rancho Miravalle in the Tequila Valley of Jalisco from 100% organic estate-grown blue Weber agave. Azunia is known for its traditional, additive-free process: the agave is slow-roasted in brick ovens, fermented in open-air tanks, and double distilled before resting in oak.

Black Label spends two full years in barrels, twice the añejo minimum, developing a deep amber color and rich layers of caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, dried fruit, and baking spice over the earthy cooked agave of the valley.
